- Hire, develop, and grow a world class DevOps team, and lead DevOps evangelism across the organization
- Provide thought leadership and develop & implement necessary frameworks for automated workflows, code testing and deployments; also, architecting and implementing the DevOps infrastructure/s & tools
- Create, maintain, and iterate on our CI/CD processes for new and existing services, while working collaboratively with multiple agile teams to help deliver end-to-end products and features
- Track and continuously improve upon Change Lead Time, Change Failure Rate and the Deployment Time metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building and managing high performing teams
- 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps / System Engineer, with an overall Technology experience of 8+ years
- Experience with containers (Docker, Compose, ECS, Kubernetes etc.), and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Travis, Drone, Mule, Spinnaker etc.)
- Hands on with deploying micro service architecture, applications, and supporting services
- Experience with Public cloud platforms - AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages
- Experience with RHEL based Linux distributions
- Thorough understanding of operating system fundamentals and high-performance architectures
- Relevant certifications, and international experience, will be added advantage
