Review account opening, CIF amendment, checkbook and dormant activation requests of customers, highlight the discrepancies to the branches/contact center and ensure timely processing of the requests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quality and completeness checks on the request received as per internal and regulatory requirements.
- Highlight discrepancies to the relevant branch via workflow and support branch fraternity in the resolution of the complex nature of discrepancies.
- Ensure meeting TAT along with the accuracy of customer/account information in the system.
- Ensure confidentiality of the customer information and data.
- Complete special tasks and assignments as per needs.
- Staying up-to-date with applicable regulatory and compliance knowledge of banking regulations/law. · Job performance expectations include working within a team environment, handling multiple priorities, attention to detail and building strong relationships with co-workers.
Job Specific Skills
- Must know AML and CFT guidelines, regulations and policies followed by SBP.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- Good computer skills and MS Office.
Behavioral Skills:
- Having the ability to work with different teams.
- Adept at time management to complete the allotted tasks within TAT
