- Build and manage a team of qualified and experienced Engineers at regional level.
- Coordinate and maintain liaison with regional business executives.
- Plan and monitor construction & renovation projects at regional level.
- Ensure proper implementation of all processes and procedures as stipulated in Engineering Manual.
- Ensure proper quality controls and adherence of quality standards by vendors, as given in Design Manual.
- Carry out periodic evolution of contractor & Consultants as required by Engineering Manual
- Ensure preparation of proper site plans, BOQs and engineer estimates.
- Carry out proper Scrutiny of Bids and prepare comparative statement of Bids for CPC with due diligence. Prepare project case for CPC and note for management approval.
- Maintain upto date MIS of all regional projects.
- Provide necessary technical advice to Business executives (where required) for their convenience to carry out day to day minor maintenance works.
- Properly carryout negotiation with vendors & consultant to get most pragmetic bid cost of their services. Ensure that all members of Engineering Team are well aware of Bank Policies e.g. Code of Conduct, Whstlr Blow policy
