We are looking for ambitious and deadline-focused Talent Sourcing Executives who will identify, recruit, screen, and present good technical specialists to fill Software/IT positions for our US based project.

The incumbent must have;

  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills to explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Proven work experience of 2 years in a Talent Sourcing, recruitment processes and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Recruimtment Tools & Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bechalors in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.

US based project

Fix Salary plus commissions you can earn upto 100k

Night Shift: 8:00pm-5:00am (Sat-Sun OFF)

Location: Johar Town Lahore

We pay Fixed Salaries per month with weekly and monthly cash incentives. So if you have experience in related field & have Can Do attitude with an appetite to make big bucks you should apply fast.
