Responsibilities:
- Update the database by inputting new and updated customer information and account details.
- Generate and manage Sales and Purchase Orders in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Insert daily financial activities such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Manage company financial accounts including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable on the accounting database.
- Prepare tax returns and stay informed about Canadian legal tax regulations.
- Sync data from the website to QuickBooks directly via compatible integrations.
- Required to work between 9 am – 5 pm (EST) from Monday through Saturday.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2 years' experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop is required for the role.
- Detailed-oriented and good with numbers to analyze complex information and discrepancies.
What we are offering:
The monthly salary will be Rs 40,000-70,000,000PKR plus a bonus based on your work, commitment, and experience.
