Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote O&M services for renewable energy projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Create technical marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and proposals, tailored to solar and wind energy clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to prepare bids, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, social media campaigns, and digital advertising targeting the renewable energy sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, project developers, investors, and utility companies.
  • Organize and represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance brand recognition.
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management.
  • Assist in developing strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required); Master's degree or MBA in Marketing/Business Administration (preferred).
  • 5+ years of marketing/business development experience in the renewable energy sector (Solar/Wind preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, wind turbine operations, and O&M best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies in the energy or engineering services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO/SEM) and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
