Develop and implement short and long term plans to ensure that the factory has necessary resources to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and control the factory budget to ensure all financial and business objectives are met
- Direct and control all factory staff to ensure they are properly motivated, trained and developed and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Guide and train subordinate on Receipt issues, ensure that United King Standard Recipes are being followed.
- Responsible to hire operations staff as per prescribed budget ceiling.
- To execute health, safety and environment standards.
- Organize production to ensure that output and quality targets are achieved.
- Implement effective check-list to control food quality, gauge of finished products
- Delegating machine operation, quality control, and maintenance tasks to factory employees
- Analyzing production data and forward strategic recommendations to decision makers
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Overseeing production processes
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
- Ensure that the production is cost effective
- Take ownership / responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory or plant may it be good or bad
Implement safety Precautions:
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with code.
- Implement safety / Protection from Hazards Labels.
- Implement Fire Extinguishers in the factory.
