As the Business Unit Head - Sales for the Oil Division, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy for our oil products.   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the Oil Division.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges for the Oil Division.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.
