Unity Foods Limited, one of the leading FMCG company operates across Pakistan. We are recruiting Investment Analyst for our head office based in Karachi.
An incumbent will be performing the following responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities;
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting dashboard, and operational metrics tracking.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to support organizational decision making for existing business as well as target expansions
- Valuations of businesses
- Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Writing data-backed Reports / Data management (Macro Economic) to support the management team in taking strategic business decisions
- Studying industry specific local and international business trends, commodity prices and research data - Commodity Analysis / Data management (Local and International)
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make
- recommendations for improvements.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Measuring financial Risk associated with various investment decisions
- Preparing documentation/presentation to support business expansion and creating pitch decks to facilitate generation of funds.
Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and certifications e.g., At least CFA level I would be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. Sound understanding of Corporate Finance principles.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
- Strong financial modeling experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of corporate tax structure and income tax ordinances would be a plus.
