8. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the supply chain department.
9. Cost Management.
- Manage budgetary constraints and identify opportunities to reduce costs throughout the supply chain and operations.
- Analyze cost drivers and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
