Provides accurate and timely administrative support in the handling of a variety of tasks - written documentation, reports, records, & databases.
Assists with the recruiting process and managing applicant data - administering various external resources, posting jobs, tracking data, managing communications, & generating reports.
Handles activities related to the selection/hiring of candidates - coordinating interviews; administering/coordinating assessments and/or tests; coordinating pre-employment drug screens; conducting background investigations.
Assists with the on boarding process -- facilitating 1st day orientation paperwork, completing new hire set up, sending out new hire notifications.
Develop HR Manual , Job Training material, and conduct training session.
Define KPI’s resulting in Job performance evaluation.
Attendance and Payroll data Management.
Assist CEO in creating and identifying education and training programs for employee skill development.
To supervise gate security and in out of materials and people.
To supervise & facilitate the proceedings related to legal compliance like EOBI, Social Security. •Managing the allocation and maintenance of organizational assets like vehicles, SIMs, mobile phone, offices, chairs, computers etc.
Analyzing and managing transportation and other such employee facilities.
