We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and create engaging content.
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer trends.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for brand consistency.
- Develop relationships with clients and business partners to foster brand loyalty.
- Organize and execute promotional events, webinars, and trade shows (if required).
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (a plus).
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills.
