- Oversee customer receivables to ensure timely collections and accurate account reconciliation.
- Develop and execute proactive collection strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
- Engage with customers to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve disputes in coordination with Sales and Operations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to address pending collections and credit note approvals.
- Prepare monthly aging reports, share variance analyses, and highlight trends for overdue accounts.
- Manage issuance and accounting of debit and credit notes to prevent discrepancies.
- Verify sales orders, ensuring valid purchase orders and approved credit limits.
- Maintain accurate customer master data, including billing addresses, payment terms, and limits.
- Ensure AR processes comply with internal controls and audit requirements, support audit documentation.
- Identify and support system improvements or automation opportunities for collections and customer communications.
- Perform regular customer account reconciliations and resolve unmatched balances promptly.

- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Masterโs a bonus!)
