Scope of Job

To maintain a vast knowledge of accreditation bodies both at national and international policies, eligibility criteria, guidelines and implementing them in an organization along with providing awareness to Deans/Directors and other benefices of the schools or institutes.

Major Responsibilities

  • To take the proactive lead in planning, managing and operationally supporting all requirements of external accrediting bodies for the School and its programs.
  • For each accrediting and professional body activity/requirement, create and Develop a suite of dynamic project plans to ensure that all activities relating to the university accreditations are delivered to a high standard and as per published deadlines and expectations.
  • To develop and maintain a rich internal network of contacts within University and will advise and brief senior managers (within faculty and management offices) on activity and progress regularly.
  •  Communicates all corrective actions and proposals necessary to maintain compliance with all areas of accreditation.
  • To work with a diverse range of process owners within the School and College to make sustainable improvements to the University’s data accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as assessment providers, funding and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and continually improve tools to support partnerships division and participant support to answer participant and customer inquiries relating to accreditations.
  • To provide support to other accreditations as necessary and liaison with external accreditation bodies to ensure an excellent working relationship is established and maintained.
  • To assist in the preparation of materials and information for the publication of departmental annual reports.
  • To participate in regular conferences and guide staff on planning, data analysis, accreditation, and other related matters.
  • Identify priorities and organize workloads, deploy and use resources effectively and appropriately.
