Scope:

To support the development of proactive and effective communications, promotion of the organization’s brand identity and public image, alumni relationship, admission campaigns, social media activation and oversee the drafting website updates, news releases, brochures and other marketing collateral.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop branding and communication strategy of SST in collaboration with UMT marketing team.·      
  • Ensure that communication strategy is aligned with marketing strategy and brand identity of SST and is reflected across all official mediums, including print media, digital media, publications, press etc.·     
  • Manage all in-house design requirements and must have design and aesthetics know-how to ensure creative and high-quality designing and communication at relevant SST platforms·      
  • Ensure that website is updated and its content and design reflect SST happenings and research through an attractive and efficient interface.·     
  • Develop and coordinate multimedia packages.
  • Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to SST digital marketing.·   
  • Manage all creative resources including designers, writers and other agency personnel to develop content in various formats (e.g. articles, videos, infographics, etc.)·    
  • Plan, develop and execute digital programs and campaigns, using one or more digital/online techniques.· 
  • Develop brand positioning and communication strategies.·
  • Analyze competitor universities performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development.·  
  • Plan, develop, execute alumni network strategy and continuously engage alumni with SST·    
  • Coordinate with CODs for admission campaign.·      
  • Ensure successful admission campaigns with digital media, out-reach and other relevant strategies.
