1. Planning and developing the resource requirements document (infrastructure & human resource) as per the requirements received from all Schools/Institutes and UMO Heads
2. Maintaining the long-term and short-term infrastructure plans
3. Maintaining the organizational structures of UMT and all Schools/Institutes & Offices
4. Coordinate with Project Management Office team to ensure the compliance of projects as per agreed timelines
5. Allocate the required spaces to the stakeholders
6. Optimize the utilization of resources including, classrooms, HR, and other utilities
7. Ensure the efficiency of available resources
8. Liaise with the OTE team developing workforce management reporting as required for Senior
Management, Operational Management and staff.
9. Gather and analyze relevant statistical data and draft reports on issues such as demographic information, occupancy rates, and land covered area.
10. Supervise requirements planning for the OPD and its projects.
