Manage day-to-day ERP user’s support.
Manage ERP User training where required.
Responsible to analyze and document end user requirements, handle user’s requests and perform troubleshooting and end user training.
Guide and assist ERP user according to the university policies and procedures, and functional support.
Maintain and manage user support and service logs.
