Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for implementation, tracking and updating tasks assigned by leadership to ensure departmental processes are carried out to completion.

Primary Responsibilities:

Implementation: 

  • Collaborate with management offices to ensure tasks assigned by leadership are completed in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Develop, use, and maintain systems, processes, and procedures necessary to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor task progress and take appropriate action to rectify any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Follow Up: • Understand timeline, scope and objectives associated with tasks assigned by leadership. 
  • Track assigned tasks and provide detailed, timely updates to ensure tasks are on-schedule and within stipulated time. 
  • Ensure proper and accurate reporting of assigned tasks.

Compliance:

  •  Maintain records of assigned tasks including status updates, completion dates, feedback received, and documents associated with assigned tasks. 
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure assigned tasks are properly/timely completed and documented.
