- Actively perform the recruitment need analysis.
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Propose new strategies and policies for optimum efficiency of OHCM.

- Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
- Propose man power planning by monitoring requisitions and forecasting.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
- Actively work in suggesting new policies to retain employees.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment/ resignation reports.
- Conduct regular follow-up with head of departments to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
