We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter and team player with a strong understanding of the livestock and meat landscape in Pakistan, especially Punjab and Lahore. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, we value experience, a results-driven approach, and leadership skills above all.
Key Responsibilities:
● Buyer Identification: Identify and onboard new buyers for live and carcass form animals.
● Supplier Coordination: Identify and arrange stock from suppliers to fulfill customer demand promptly.
● Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a smooth and reliable supply chain.
● Sales Support: Help drive sales of goats by ensuring quality and quantity meet buyers' expectations.
● Operational Management: Oversee all Lahore operations of E-Mandi – onboard farmers and suppliers of livestock
● Team Leadership: Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure efficient order processing and inventory management.
● B2B Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of B2B customer orders and requirements.
● Customer Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with all B2B customers.
● Eid Orders Execution: Execute Eid orders from sourcing to final delivery, ensuring seamless coordination at every step.
Ideal Candidate:
● Proven experience in livestock and meat procurement.
● Strong network of suppliers and buyers in Lahore.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills.
● Results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
● Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
