Upwork Bidder – Islamabad (On-Site)

We are seeking a Junior Upwork Bidder to join our team at our office located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with basic familiarity with the Upwork platform who is eager to develop their skills in business development and lead generation through freelancing platforms. While this is an entry-level role, candidates should understand how Upwork works, including the proposal process, connects, and identifying suitable job opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our team to find relevant jobs, craft tailored proposals, and help attract new clients via Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily searches on Upwork to identify relevant job postings and potential clients.
- Evaluate job posts to determine alignment with our services and the value of applying.
- Analyze client requirements thoroughly before submitting proposals.
- Write and submit customized proposals following established bidding strategies.
- Continuously refine bidding approaches based on outcomes and feedback.
- Research client profiles and their previous hiring patterns to inform proposal strategy.
- Track all submitted proposals, client responses, interviews, and conversion rates.
- Follow up with potential clients as needed to maintain engagement.
- Maintain and organize Upwork profiles and proposal records accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall Upwork lead-generation process.
- Stay informed about updates and trends on the Upwork platform to optimize bidding effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic hands-on experience using Upwork, including familiarity with proposals, connects, job posts, and client profiles.
- Prior use of Upwork either personally or in a professional capacity.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and interpret client requirements.
- Good research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working towards targets and tracking performance metrics.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve continuously.

This role does not require extensive experience or a large portfolio of successful contracts but does require a foundational understanding of the Upwork platform and bidding process. Training and guidance on our specific services and bidding strategies will be provided.
