Upwork Bidder-Evening Shift

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team for the evening shift. The successful candidate will focus on generating sales through the Upwork freelancing platform, primarily targeting design projects. This full-time, on-site role requires strong skills in managing the bidding process, accurately categorizing projects, and engaging with international clients. The position operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively bid on design projects through Upwork to generate sales.
- Manage the entire bidding process efficiently, ensuring proposals are timely and competitive.
- Accurately categorize projects to align with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Communicate professionally with international clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to maintain a steady sales record.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in sales or bidding on freelancing platforms, preferably Upwork.
- Demonstrated success in generating sales and closing projects on freelancing platforms.
- Strong understanding of project categorization and client engagement best practices.
- Availability to work full-time on-site during the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
