Upwork Bidder Executive

Xpo9tial Growth Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder Executive to join our Business Development team at our Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Upwork bidding, with the ability to identify suitable projects and craft compelling proposals that attract quality leads. This full-time, on-site role operates from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can contribute to our growth by leveraging expertise in video editing, short-form video, AI content creation, and animation niches.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant Upwork projects aligned with company services.
- Develop and submit targeted, high-quality proposals to maximize client acquisition.
- Optimize Upwork profiles, both new and established, to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Manage Upwork Connects efficiently with a focus on return on investment.
- Conduct thorough research to generate leads and follow up effectively with potential clients.
- Maintain professional communication and strong written English skills throughout client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to stay updated on bidding strategies and market trends.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding.
- Proven experience working with fresh Upwork profiles as well as Top Rated profiles.
- Strong proposal writing skills and expertise in profile optimization on Upwork.
- Good understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and client acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with services related to video editing, short-form video, AI content creation, and animation.
- Excellent research, follow-up, and lead-generation abilities.
- Target-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
