Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork, with a strong ability to generate quality leads and secure new projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of IT and software services, and the capability to write professional, customized proposals that resonate with potential clients. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by effectively managing the bidding process and coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and search for relevant projects on Upwork that align with company services.
- Write professional, tailored proposals to increase the chances of winning projects.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients to understand their needs and build rapport.
- Follow up on leads consistently to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all bids and client communications for tracking and reporting purposes.
