The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Upwork platform and a proven track record of winning projects through strategic bidding and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant projects on Upwork that align with our business goals.
- Write high-quality, tailored proposals that effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Develop and implement bidding strategies using Connects efficiently to maximize success rates.
- Optimize Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and attract more clients.
- Generate interviews by engaging with potential clients and following up on proposals.
- Convert leads into clients by maintaining professional communication and demonstrating expertise.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working on the Upwork platform with a successful project history.
- Strong proposal writing skills with the ability to tailor content to different job requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork’s Connects system and bidding strategies.
- Ability to research and target relevant job postings effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in generating interviews and winning projects on Upwork.
- Understanding of how to optimize Upwork profiles to increase client engagement.
