Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant job postings on Upwork that align with our services and expertise.
- Write high-quality, tailored proposals that effectively communicate value and increase the chances of winning projects.
- Develop and implement bidding strategies, including efficient use of Connects, to maximize proposal success rates.
- Optimize Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and credibility with potential clients.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with prospective clients to generate interviews and close deals.
- Track and analyze proposal outcomes to continuously improve lead generation and conversion processes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an Upwork Specialist or in a similar role with a successful track record.
- Strong proposal writing skills, demonstrating the ability to create persuasive and customized submissions.
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork’s Connects system and bidding strategies.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to target the most relevant and promising job opportunities.
