Grand Digitals Pvt Ltd is seeking a results-oriented Upwork Bidder / Proposal Specialist to join our office-based team. The ideal candidate will proactively identify project opportunities on Upwork, craft persuasive proposals, and contribute to securing new clients. This role requires a strong understanding of freelance marketplaces and the ability to work independently to meet lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Write customized, high-converting proposals tailored to each job posting.
- Analyze client requirements and develop strategic, targeted responses.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and manage initial discussions.
- Follow up with prospects to improve response rates and increase engagement.
- Track bidding performance and continuously optimize proposal strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project capabilities and align proposals accordingly.
- Stay informed about Upwork bidding trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Solid understanding of freelance marketplaces and client acquisition processes.
- Ability to analyze job descriptions thoroughly and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
- Experience using CRM tools or lead tracking spreadsheets to manage and monitor leads.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet lead generation targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Office location is in Gulistan-e-Johar, near Munawar Chorangi, Karachi.
- Working hours are from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, night shift, five days a week.
- Salary is competitive and aligned with current market standards.
