Upwork Bidder

Strugbits (Pvt.) Limited, based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join their team on-site. This role involves generating business opportunities specifically for the company’s software development services. The ideal candidate will possess strong proposal-writing skills, a solid understanding of software development projects, and the ability to identify and convert suitable opportunities into successful contracts. The position requires working Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects related to web development, mobile app development, custom software, AI solutions, and SaaS products.
- Write tailored and compelling proposals that align with client requirements and project scopes.
- Conduct thorough research on clients, project budgets, competition, and requirements to pinpoint high-potential opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective clients and respond promptly to project inquiries.
- Follow up with potential clients to secure interviews, meetings, and project engagements.
- Collaborate with technical and business development teams to prepare accurate proposals and project estimates.
- Keep detailed records of proposals, client responses, interviews, and project conversions.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for bidding, interviews, and project acquisitions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in Upwork bidding or business development, ideally within the software development sector.
- Basic understanding of web development, mobile applications, custom software, AI, or SaaS solutions.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, research, follow-up, and negotiation.
- Ability to comprehend client requirements and identify appropriate project opportunities.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented work approach.
