Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively bid on projects related to web development, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and exceeded.
- Proposal Writing: Craft clear, customized proposals and pitches that effectively showcase expertise in web development and digital marketing.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct research on potential leads and follow up on outreach efforts to convert prospects into active clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage sales negotiations and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends in web development and digital marketing to keep proposals competitive and relevant.
- On-site Collaboration: Work closely with development and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the web development or digital marketing sectors.
- Proven success in bidding for and acquiring projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close sales.
- Good understanding of web development technologies including WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, and PPC.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven mindset with motivation to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
