Upwork Bidder

Berlin Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Upwork Bidder with over one year of experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of website/CMS and graphic design services and be confident in engaging and communicating with international clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify relevant projects, craft tailored proposals, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and find relevant projects on Upwork that align with company services.
- Write customized, solution-oriented proposals that address client needs effectively.
- Generate leads and successfully convert them into business deals.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and communicate appropriate solutions clearly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and requirements to ensure mutual agreement.
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation through to completion.
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, or Jira to track progress and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
- Good understanding of CMS, website development, and graphic design services.
- Basic knowledge of web development and design principles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to comprehend client requirements and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Work Location: On-site at Lahore, 67-A Riwaz Garden Ground Floor.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Evening Shift).
- Salary Range: PKR 60,000 to 100,000 per month.
- Target Earnings: $3,000 to $4,000.
- Benefits include OPD coverage, performance and retention bonuses, paid sick, casual, and annual leaves.
- Bi-annual and annual salary increments.
- Interest-free loan facility and fuel allowance.
