We are seeking a skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team on an onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in identifying suitable projects on Upwork and submitting tailored proposals that meet client needs. This role involves managing client communications and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize project acquisition success. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international clients are essential. Availability to work night shifts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork that align with company services.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals addressing specific client requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, including follow-ups to enhance engagement and secure projects.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand project scopes and client expectations.
- Track and report bidding activities and outcomes to optimize future proposal strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal submission.
- Strong ability to write clear, customized proposals tailored to client needs.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in managing client communication and follow-ups effectively.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to night shift schedules as needed.
