Upwork Bidder (Night Shift)

Wavelink Digital is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Upwork Bidder to drive new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent proposal-writing capabilities, and a solid understanding of digital services. This role requires someone who can effectively identify relevant projects, craft customized proposals, and maintain ongoing client communication to help convert leads into successful projects and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write and submit customized, client-focused proposals tailored to each opportunity.
- Manage client communication and follow up on submitted proposals to maximize conversion rates.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure alignment.
- Maintain and update bidding and lead-generation records accurately.
- Meet daily and weekly bidding and lead-generation targets consistently.
- Assist in converting leads into successful projects and fostering long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork platform and proposal submission processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, negotiation, and follow-up skills to engage potential clients effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, creative services, or related agency offerings.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work comfortably during night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates who can reliably commute to or are planning to relocate to Karachi Clifton are preferred.
- The position is in-person, requiring presence at the office location.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000 based on experience and performance.
