Upwork Bidder

Figout Agency, located in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi, is seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role focuses on securing projects within the UI/UX design and CMS development categories by actively bidding and crafting tailored proposals on the Upwork platform. The position offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours to be determined, accommodating morning or night shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and bid on relevant UI/UX design and development projects on Upwork.
- Write persuasive and customized proposals that align with client requirements and project scopes.
- Engage with potential clients to clarify project details and build strong professional relationships.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, particularly in UI/UX design or related categories.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear and compelling proposals.
- Strong ability to identify promising projects and clients that align with the agency’s expertise.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
