Upwork Bidder-US Profile

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Upwork Bidder specializing in US profiles for designing projects. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in generating sales through Upwork, with a proven track record of success. The role involves managing the bidding process, categorizing projects effectively, and engaging with international clients to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales by bidding on Upwork projects specifically targeting US clients in the design category.
- Manage the entire bidding process, ensuring timely and strategic submission of proposals.
- Categorize projects accurately to align with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Engage and communicate professionally with international clients to build strong business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales generation through Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Proven sales record demonstrating the ability to close deals and secure projects.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including bidding strategies and client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in dealing with international clients.
- Ability to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary of Rs60,000.
- Additional commission structure based on performance.
- Five working days per week, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Work location is in person at our office situated in FB Area Block 8, Azizabad, near Tabba Heart Hospital, Karachi.
