- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure on-time and quality delivery of services.
- Provide consultancy and support for freelancing strategies, helping clients optimize their presence and performance on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketing specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive client success.
