Upwork & Fiverr Bidder/Closer - Experienced

We are looking for an experienced Upwork and Fiverr Bidder/Closer to join our vibrant digital agency located in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of proven success in bidding on freelance platforms and closing deals efficiently. This role offers a competitive base salary along with performance bonuses and commissions on closed deals. Key Responsibilities
Identify and apply to relevant job postings on Upwork and Fiverr daily, ensuring alignment with the agency’s service offerings. Develop customized, persuasive proposals and cover letters tailored to convert prospects into clients. Manage all client communications professionally, including negotiations and timely follow-ups. Schedule discovery calls and close deals on behalf of the agency. Maintain and optimize Upwork and Fiverr profiles, portfolios, and gig listings to increase visibility and appeal. Track and report daily metrics such as bids submitted, client responses, interviews scheduled, and deals closed. Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and bidding strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a proven track record of winning jobs on Upwork and/or Fiverr. Exceptional English writing and communication skills, capable of crafting high-quality proposals and engaging in effective client conversations. Demonstrable success supported by a portfolio, profile links, and screenshots of successful bids and completed projects. Strong understanding of platform mechanics, including strategic use of Connects and avoidance of generic or spam proposals. Self-motivated and able to work independently while consistently meeting or exceeding weekly closing targets.

Compensation and Work Environment
The monthly salary ranges from Rs33,417.99 to Rs170,276.59, which includes base pay, performance bonuses, and commissions. This is an in-person position based in Johar Town, Lahore, offering the chance to collaborate closely with the agency team and contribute to its ongoing success.
