Decotechs Software House is offering a paid internship opportunity for fresh graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in freelance bidding and business development. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities by identifying relevant projects and submitting professional proposals on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com. This internship provides practical exposure to client communication, lead generation, and working closely with a software development team. Key Responsibilities
- Search for relevant projects on freelance platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com.
- Prepare and submit well-crafted, professional proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct research to understand client requirements and project scopes.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with potential clients to build rapport.
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Track and manage submitted proposals, client responses, and lead progress.
- Collaborate with the development team to gain insights into project details and requirements.
- Assist in generating consistent leads and expanding business opportunities for the company.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development concepts, as well as IT services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to write clear, professional proposals.
- Eagerness to learn about freelancing platforms and business development processes.
- Prior experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.com is advantageous but not mandatory.
