Upwork & Freelancer Bidder

We are seeking a dedicated full-time professional based in Karachi, Pakistan, to join our team as an Upwork and Freelancer Bidder for the evening shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant freelance projects, crafting tailored proposals, engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and successfully converting these opportunities into active projects. This role requires a proactive approach and strong communication skills to effectively understand and address client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Write customized and compelling proposals that align with client needs.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the bidding process.
- Generate leads by actively pursuing new opportunities and following up on potential projects.
- Convert leads and proposals into confirmed projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent proposal writing skills with the ability to tailor content to specific client requirements.
- Effective communication skills to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into winning proposals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience working in a similar bidding or client acquisition role is advantageous.
