Upwork Seller Required

Marediasoft, a dynamic digital marketing and web development agency, is seeking two experienced Upwork specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will focus on sales and bidding activities on the Upwork platform, helping us secure new projects and grow our client base. This is an on-site position requiring dedication and a proven ability to generate actual sales through effective proposal writing and client management.

Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling and winning proposals to bid on Upwork projects daily.
- Identify suitable projects that align with the company’s services and convert potential clients into paying customers.
- Manage client communication from the initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and sales processes.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients effectively.
- A proven track record of successfully bringing in sales and winning projects on Upwork.

Candidates must be able to deliver tangible sales results. Applications from individuals unable to demonstrate a history of generating sales will not be considered.

Additional Information
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Work location: On-site at our office.
- Salary range: Rs24,000 to Rs65,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
