Officer - Inventory & Audit

𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 is hiring an "𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 - 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 & 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁" for its Head Office, located in Clifton, Karachi.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Sound knowledge of operating stock / inventory digital scanners with accuracy
• Ability to effectively manage work pressures and strict deadlines
• Adaptable and work proactively according to changing work demands / assignments
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Excellent MS Excel skills

Responsibilities

Operate stock and inventory digital scanners accurately to record and track inventory levels.
Conduct regular audits of inventory and stock movements to ensure compliance with internal control procedures and regulatory standards.
Analyze inventory data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, inventory discrepancies, and compliance issues for management review.
Support the implementation and maintenance of standardized inventory and audit procedures.
Manage competing work demands and strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with operational teams to investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies promptly.
Proactively adapt to changes in workload and business needs to ensure continuous audit effectiveness.
Apply strong numerical and analytical skills to solve inventory-related problems and enhance audit processes.
Ensure all audit activities align with Urban Brands’ regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies.
