Retail Store Manager

Urban Brands is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager for its retail store in Clifton, Karachi to oversee daily operations at our retail store, specializing in leather accessories and men’s apparel and footwear.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and possesses a minimum of five years of retail experience, including at least two years in a managerial role. This position demands expertise in store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, sales performance analysis, and operational compliance.

The Retail Store Manager will play a vital role in optimizing store performance, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, and enhancing customer relationship management. Exceptional leadership skills are crucial, as the manager will motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment. Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities are essential to resolve issues efficiently and uphold the brand's reputation. This role requires balancing operational responsibilities with strategic planning to drive continuous store growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining operational compliance.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service standards.
Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and store appeal.
Oversee inventory management processes, including ordering, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
Analyze sales performance regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and retail best practices.
Control operational costs, and contribute to financial reporting.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster professional development and engagement.
