Urdu Call Center Job

We are seeking motivated Sales and Customer Support Representatives to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, including night shifts. This role involves working 6 to 7 hours per shift, with flexible day and night shift options available. Employees will receive a total of one hour of break time during their shift, which includes a 30-minute regular break and a 30-minute prayer break. The position offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 50,000 per month. The work location requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Engage with customers primarily based in the USA.
- Generate sales leads and successfully close sales transactions.
- Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with both potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and drive sales.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Good spoken English is essential for effective communication.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills to engage customers confidently.
- Basic computer proficiency to manage calls and customer data efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required.
