Employees will receive a fixed salary, with a workweek that includes a half-day on Saturday and a full day off on Sunday.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.
- Adapt to shift timings and work schedules as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior call center experience.
- Good communication skills in English and/or the local language.
