We are looking for a committed professional to join our publishing team to manage the production of high-quality Urdu titles. This role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with the project briefs and uphold the highest standards of content quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Urdu, relevant teaching experience, and a sharp eye for detail to support the editorial process effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects from inception through to completion, including developing project frameworks and conducting thorough quality checks of manuscripts.
- Coordinate effectively with authors, designers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Proofread and edit content meticulously to maintain accuracy, consistency, style, grammar, and overall quality.
- Conduct plagiarism checks to ensure originality and integrity of all content.
- Ensure all published materials comply with required standards and project specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundational education complemented by a Master’s degree in Urdu from a reputable institution.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience at the primary or middle school level.
- Excellent command of the Urdu language with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer use and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in publishing, including editing, proofreading, and content development, will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 120,000.
