This full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi seeks an experienced Urdu Language Instructor to teach international and foreign learners. The instructor will develop and deliver comprehensive Urdu language lessons that cover speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. The role requires preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting both individual and group classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support student development. Additionally, the instructor will incorporate Urdu literature and cultural elements into lessons to enrich the learning experience and foster a deeper understanding of the language.

The instructor will maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment while collaborating with the organization to ensure that training aligns with learners’ needs and overall program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver Urdu language lessons tailored to learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and relevant teaching materials for daily instruction.
- Conduct individual and group classes, adapting teaching methods to accommodate different proficiency levels.
- Assess learner progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Urdu, Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience with adult foreign students.
- Strong proficiency in teaching Urdu, including expertise in language teaching methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in lesson planning and course design, with experience creating structured, goal-oriented language programs.
- Knowledge of Urdu literature and its application in language instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with international learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven classroom management skills and adaptability in teaching methods.
- Professional work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to institutional policies and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
