Urgent Hiring | FE Verifiers & Closers

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Verifiers and Closers to join our Final Expense (FE) campaign. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification calls to confirm customer information accurately and efficiently.
- Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of the Final Expense product and addressing customer concerns.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve campaign goals.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Availability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Willingness to work five days a week in person at the Rawalpindi office.
