URGENT: Social Media Manager (female)

Gold-Stellar Advertising LLC, a full-service creative and marketing agency operating across five continents, is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join their team onsite in DHA Phase 5, Lahore. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The role requires immediate hiring with a start date as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively, overseeing their social media presence from strategy development to performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others for multiple clients.
- Develop and implement monthly content calendars that align with each client’s brand voice and marketing goals.
- Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and communicate briefs to the design team.
- Monitor engagement by responding to comments and messages, fostering community growth.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of social media management experience within an agency setting; agency experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and results for brand accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms, content strategies, and best practices relevant for 2026.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar, along with analytics platforms.
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing previous agency work must be included in the application.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in running or supporting paid social media campaigns is considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary starting from Rs85,000.
