Billing Nest (Private) Limited is looking to hire a Credentialing Executive to join their team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in managing the end-to-end provider enrollment process within the U.S. healthcare system. This role involves ensuring healthcare providers are properly credentialed and compliant with network standards. It is well-suited for a proactive professional with a solid background in U.S. healthcare credentialing, capable of handling complex applications and resolving processing challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the enrollment process for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers from start to finish.
- Maintain and update accurate provider data across CAQH, NPI/NPPES, PECOS, and various payer portals.
- Oversee both individual and group provider enrollments, ensuring timely completion.
- Track all credentialing applications actively to guarantee on-time processing and network participation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with payers and take ownership of resolving any issues during the credentialing lifecycle.
- Ensure strict compliance with U.S. healthcare credentialing guidelines by keeping all provider documentation current and securely maintained.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing.
- Proven expertise with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments.
- Hands-on experience working with CAQH, PECOS, and NPI/NPPES systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meticulously track applications and persistently follow up with payers.
- Solution-oriented mindset for resolving issues related to both individual and group provider enrollments.
- Candidates must currently reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and be comfortable with a 100% on-site work environment.
