US-Based IT Support Specialist (Night Shift)

Active8 Wireless, a prominent leader in the wireless retail industry, is seeking a US-Based IT Support Specialist to join our team onsite at RJ Mall, Karachi. This full-time position involves working night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical support to our clients in the United States, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires hands-on experience with remote troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple IT support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to US-based users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems remotely using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software.
- Assist with Active Directory management, VPN configurations, and email setups including Office 365 and G-Suite.
- Monitor IT systems continuously and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical issues and their solutions to support knowledge sharing and future reference.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in international IT support, preferably supporting US clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with users and team members.
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools, Windows server environments, and various SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira to manage and track support requests.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs).
