US Campaign Executive

ABS International, a well-established US principal operating directly since 2009, is seeking a US Campaign Executive to join their team on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi. This permanent role involves working Monday to Saturday from 6 PM to 2 AM. The company prides itself on owning its brands, campaigns, and commission structures, ensuring transparency and stability with no missed payrolls in sixteen years. Candidates with 1 to 2 years or more experience in BPO outbound sales, cold calling, or customer-facing roles, coupled with strong English communication skills, are encouraged to apply promptly for early consideration.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to US-based prospects, initiating meaningful conversations to qualify commercial interest.
- Manage the sales pipeline independently, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression toward closing deals.
- Meet and exceed defined daily and monthly sales targets within a structured environment.
- Participate actively in daily coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales metrics with full visibility of personal performance data.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in BPO, specifically in outbound sales, cold calling, inbound customer service, or other customer-facing roles.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills are mandatory due to the US-facing nature of the role.
- Self-motivated and commercially driven, capable of managing workload and pipeline without constant supervision.
- Availability to work permanently on-site from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month, depending on experience.
